On Saturday May 22, come join us as we celebrate the Grand Opening of our NEW 8300 sq. ft. training facility!
Free classes will be available to prospective students along with academy tours all day long. Here are some of the amazing things you can expect at the new academy:
- An 8,300-square-foot facility with over 5,000 square feet of training space (that’s over four times the size of our former Huntington academy!)
- A new, FULL octagon cage
- New MMA and conditioning classes
- More Muay Thai kickboxing classes
- New strength and fitness training equipment
- Updated locker room facilities
- More BJJ classes for beginners and advanced students
As you may or may not know, Serra BJJ has been around for over 13 years. We have grown from about 20 students in our first academy, better known as “The Barn,” to well over 600 students between our East Meadow and Huntington academies today.
Over the years, our team of dedicated instructors and staff, along with Matt and Nick Serra, has produced many talented Brazilian jiu-jitsu martial artists and fighters. We are proud to be a fixture in so many lives, and to have contributed to the success of our students.
We’re now ready to take another big step in our long and triumphant journey – the expansion of our Huntington location, which will be the headquarters of Serra BJJ. Consider it the beginning of a new era for Team Serra.
