I was wondering if Serra BJJ would sponsor a kettlebell seminar for an afternoon. Im cetain the interest is there. Just putting it out there. Be safe everyone. Rex Kwan Do.

I have a kettle-bell and love it, my knee is injured now but i'll be using it soon enough. BIlly Vint is fan of kettle-bells, from the EM academy if you don't know and have some questions. Seminar would be great to learn new workouts.

Hey Mike. We will definitely be having some more interesting seminars and workshops in the coming months. Once we have the new academy, we will also have more space.
