Starting next Tuesday October 6th at 8:30 PM, we will be having a practice specifically geared for the students who signed the list to compete. If you haven't signed the list yet and are interested in competing, talk to Monsta or myself at the academy. The class is exclusive for students who are competing. It will be a serious practice to get you mentally and physically ready for the tournament. The main tournaments that are coming up are the Renzo Gracie Invitational on Oct. 24th and 25th and the Naga on Nov. 14th and 15th.

It is strongly recommended that you make this class (schedule permitting) to ensure that you are ready for the competition. Let's have some fun and represent the academy strongly.

Any plans to do something similar at the Huntington school, or should I just come to the east meadow gym?

Huntington has something similar on Fri. evenings. The difference is this class is limited to students who are competing and is temporary. You are more than welcome to come to the Tues. class!
