Hey Everyone, I get training tips e-mailed to me by Stephan Kesting and today he sent out a link to an article by Krista Scott-Dixon on Tips for Female Grapplers. Now, this can obviously not only apply to females but to smaller grapplers like myself as well.

When I started training with Team Serra I was an out of shape 170 lbs (Couch & Chips Chris as Frisa likes to say) but through a huge change in eating habbits, working out every day, and training BJJ 3x a week I have cut down to hovering between 125 and 128 lbs. with much improved cardio and strength.

However, I am dwarfed by many of my teammates at the Academy! I am always getting awesome tips from guys like Billy Kalb, Bo Suh, and Joey Sagarese as well as Nikole Schiavone on dealing with size disparity. So I thought I would pass this article along as a way of "paying it forward".

Enjoy!
