I have trouble tying my own shoes:( But on a serious note, I will never be flexible, but I do stretch to help reduce injury and because it feels good not to do splits. These guys that are flexible are inherently flexible (like BJ, Eddie Bravo, Ryan Hall). I believe you have it or you don't, especially if you are or have been injured. I remember Rodrigo used to say how flexible sensei Matt was and you don't see him doing all these fancy-pants 10th planet techniques.
