Injury 2 Years, 5 Months ago Karma: 0
Hey every one I wont be at Jiu-Jitsu for anywhere between 6-12 weeks. I have an incomplete trabecular fracture involving the medial epicondyle of the distal femur. Inother words I broke the inside of my left knee and depending on how my next check up goes in a month I'll know when I can get back on the mat.

not sure if i know you but good luck with that knee injury dude thats pretty serious so hopefully all goes well and u can return to training pronto! goodluck stay positive dude

I think I speak for all of us when I say get well soon. Most of us have had to deal with injuries and been forced off the mats here and there. Get well soon!

Grevious. Elbow pain is torn ulnar collateral ligament. Hate MRIs. Ignorance is bliss. Should have tapped sooner! Go easy on me next time we roll peeps. Can't wait to get back! I can hear myself getting fatter.
