hey boys, i would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a happy,HEALTHY, and prosperous holiday season and new year. it has been an amazing experience training with you all, and i am looking forward to an exciting 2010, a year to be filled with competing, learning, training and just staying in great shape. i am very appreciative of you all. again, a happy, merry and whatever else to everyone- BADASS

I would also like to say to everyone have a safe and happy holiday, I been coming here since august and it has been absolutly one of the best things I have done, unfortunatly with work and me being sick this passed week I haven't been on the mat too much. Hope to see everyone next week and again have a safe and happy holiday!
