I heard through the grapevine that you don't need to be a 3 striped white belt or blue belt to attend a Wrestling class.. Is this true cause I really learn some takedowns!

This is True! Wrestling, judo, and muay Thai classes are open to all levels. Come down and see for yourself!
Don't forget Mondays and Thursdays Early Jitsu classes hosted by purple belt Jay Gersh, 7AM-8AM.
